K-STEP UP Program Representatives to Come to LHS

Joe Denoyer - April 21, 2022 3:43 pm

On April 25th, representatives from the Kansas State University Department of Education will be at Liberal High School to discuss the K-STEP UP Program. This program allows students of any age or prior education to earn a degree in Elementary Education from KSU without having to leave Liberal or their current occupation. This program can be started while in high school, but is also open to anyone who has already obtained a high school diploma and continues through Seward County Community College and eventually to KSU online. The information session will be from 10:55 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and will include a chance to ask questions about the program as well as about licensure requirements for elementary teachers. For more information about this event or the K-STEP UP Program contact Aneth Morales at [email protected] or click the link below.
