Industrial Accident Kills Ulysses Man

An industrial accident sends shockwaves in the Ulysses community. Twenty-six year old Victor Hugo Ramirez of Ulysses lost his life in the accident. At about 1:30 Tuesday afternoon, authorities and emergency personnel arrived at Kroy Industries at 626 South Road H in Ulysses. They found Ramirez lying near an assembly line where he was declared dead on the scene. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office and Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the industrial accident.
