Hugoton Police Make Drug Arrests

On November 15th. the Hugoton Police Department executed a search warrant for known fugitive Roper Robinett at 515 W. 7th Street in Hugoton. Officers located Ms. Robinett hiding inside the residence. An additional search warrant was executed at this location for drugs and drug paraphernalia. A substantial amount of Methamphetamine and marijuana were removed from the residence along with a large amount of drug paraphernalia. An affidavit has been forwarded to the Stevens County Attorney for the following charges:

Eric Thompson, 41, of Hugoton: unlawful cultivation or distribution of controlled substances. Unlawful manufacturing of controlled substances. Unlawful possession of certain drug precursors and drug paraphernalia. Interference with law enforcement.

Roper Robinett, 26, Sunray Texas: Possession of stolen property. Unlawful possession of controlled substances. Possession of drug paraphernalia. Interference with Law Enforcement.

Audrie Owens, 21 , Elkhart: Obstucting apprehension or prosecution. Interference with Law Enforcement.
