Home Total Loss in Monday Night Fire

Seward County Fire and Rescue were called out Monday evening at 7:35pm on the reports of a structure fire in the 5000 block of County Road M. Upon arrival, firefighters reported the home was totally engulfed. 6 occupants of the home were able to get out of the structure without any injuries. The home was a total loss. Seward County responded with 13 personnel and were back in service by 11:40pm. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
