Heights Loses Heart Breaker in Semis

The Southwestern Heights Lady Mustangs dropped a heartbreaker to Collegiate before coming back and winning a three set thriller against Central Heights to finish third in the 3A state Saturday in Salina. Heights finished 2-1 Friday losing to Central but advanced to the final four on Sat. Collegiate needed only two sets to beat Phillipsburg for their first state volleyball championship. SWH finished the year at 44-3.
