Free Food Distributed Thursday

On Thursday afternoon, free food was distributed to local residents at Trinity Faith Church, 2264 S. Kansas. 800 units of 20 lb boxes of fruit and produce were handed out in a drive-thru fashion by the Pastors, members, and volunteers of Trinity Faith and New Beginnings Church. Individuals started showing up at 11:30am with the last box being given out by 2:00pm. There was no documentation or income restrictions for the recipients to receive the boxes. 640 boxes were given out in Liberal, with another 160 in Hugoton.
