Frazer named Office Manager in KDOT’s Ulysses Office

The Kansas Department of Transportation has promoted Carmen Frazer of Kendall to Office Manager in the District Six, Area Two office in Ulysses. Frazer has served as the Administrative Assistant in the District Six, Area One Office in Syracuse for the past six years. In her new position, she will serve as the liaison for area office and respond to inquiries from the public, maintain materials and supplies, assist new hires with orientation, and handle office procurement activities.

Frazer graduated from Lakin High School and attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University earning a B.S. degree in Music Education.
