Flowers Leads Redskins by Great Bend

Chris Flowers bowled a 741 series as the Redskin bowling team kept WAC title hopes alive with a win over Great Bend 2,661-2,382 yesterday at AYR Lanes. Josh Mitchell added a 686 while Karl Hammock bowled a 622 and Brandon Granger bowled a 612. The Great Bend girls beat Liberal 2,084-1,965. Shaylee Scruggs bowled a 553 series while Mrogan Johnson aded a 483 and Heather Vanley bowled at 468 for LHS. Liberal competes at the WAC Tournament tomorrow in Dodge City.
