Fiery Crash Injures Three Near Guymon

A crash that ended with a vehicle on fire sent three women to the hospital with injuries Wednesday night.  The crash was at 6:45 on Texas County Road Y one mile west and one mile south of Guymon.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports 66 year old Susan Moore of Guymon was driving a 2010 Kia north on Texas County Road Mile 29 and 41 year old Tessa Klaus of Borger was driving at 2009 Dodge Ram west on county road Y.  The Moore vehicle failed to yield to the right of an uncontrolled intersection.  Moore’s vehicle hit the Klaus vehicle on the driver’s side.  Moore’s vehicle caught fire.  Klaus’s vehicle rolled one time.

Moore was flown to Via Christie in Wichita where she was admitted in stable condition for leg, trunk internal, and trunk external injuries.  Klaus was flown to UMC in Lubbock in stable condition where she was admitted for head and trunk internal injuries.  Passenger 38 year old Natalie Haynes of Borger was taken to NW Texas Hospital in Amarillo where she was admitted in stable condition with trunk external and trunk internal injuries.
