EpicTouch to Connect 1st Customer with Latest Fiber Build

The public is invited to join EpicTouch as they celebrate connecting their first customer in their latest fiber build in Liberal. The celebration will take place on Tuesday January 3rd, 2023 at 10:00am at the Leader and Times Office, 16 S. Kansas Avenue. Their will be a short presentation and refreshments will be served.

This large scale fiber broadband project has been made possible through Epic’s partnership with the Kansas Office of Broadband Development as part of the Acceleration Grant opportunity. Governor Kelly has stated that, ” Kansans need high-speed internet access to healthcare, education, commerce, and so much more. This funding is critical in our bold push to adequately connect and equip every part of Kansas for prosperity and growth, and to ensure that our state can compete economically.”

EpicTouch will also hold several informational sessions at Billy’s Blue Duck BBQ so resident that live between Kansas Avenue and Western Avenue and 15th Street and 8th Street can visit with representatives of EpicTouch and learn more information. Those meetings are scheduled for:

Thursday, January 5th, 5-7pm

Tuesday, January 10th, 3-6pm

Wednesday, January 18th, 10am-2pm

Thursday January 26th, 5-7pm

Wednesday February 8th, 10am-2pm

Thursday, February 16th, 5-7pm and

Tuesday, February 21st, 3-6pm
