CypressHeart Moves Into New Offices At SWMC LIBERAL, KS- Cypress Heart and Southwest Medical Center are pleased to announce that the clinic has moved into a new space. Effective Thursday, January 20, Cypress Heart Outreach Clinic, which had been on the east side of the local health care facility along with the cancer center of the hospital, was relocated within Southwest Medical Center. “We are pleased to provide better facilities for Cypress Heart which will bring better comfort and confidentiality to their patients,” said Norm Lambert, CEO/President of Southwest Medical Center. Southwest Medical Center Plant Operations staff has been working on the clinic’s new location, a portion of an area in the hospital previously occupied by the in-patient Psychiatric Unit. “Our staff has been painting and doing other things to make the area comfortable for patients as well as meet the needs of the Cypress Heart staff and has more planned for the area,” said Nancy Kletecka, Public Relations Director for SWMC, adding that the comfort includes available parking. “Patients who come to Southwest Medical Center for those particular services are able to park on the north side of the hospital and go straight into the clinic.” Fencing that was around a section outside of the north entry has been taken down for easier access to that area as well, according to Kletecka.
