Customer Service Seminar Offered

The Business and Industry Office at Seward County Community College/Area Technical School will offer a short seminar called Customer Service: The Heart of Success, from 9 a.m.-12 noon or 1:30-4:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 26 in the SCCC/ATS Student Union, SW229 C&D.

The cost is $49 per person and presenter by Jenni Reling will show participants how to meet the customer, make a connection and understand the basics and value of customer service. She will help participants examine how customer service is as much a “heart” activity as a service activity.
