City to Host an Open House at the New Wastewater Treatment Plant

The City of Liberal, in conjunction with Earles Engineering, will host an Open House at
the new Wastewater Treatment Plant on September 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Refreshments will be served and the public is invited to attend.
