City Commission Meets For Special Meeting

In a special meeting at 5:30pm Thursday evening, the Liberal City Commission met with one agenda item. That item was Special Assesments for the Pinnacle Group LLC and Terra LLC. After a brief presentation, and a question and answer period, the Commission voted to approve the waiver of the Letter of Credit for the commercial development of the project for the parties in the north end of Liberal. A 25% cash deposit is still be required from both groups. The meeting adjourned by 5:40pm.
