The Haskell County Sheriff says the body of a white man was found outside a house on Carson street around 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

The sheriff says they are still investigating what happened and are not ruling out homicide.

The KBI has also been called in to investigate.

The sheriff says the man is in his 40’s and is a resident of Sublette. Investigators are waiting for autopsy results before releasing a cause of death.

The sheriff says the last murder he can remember in the community was more than ten years ago.
