KSCB News - November 2, 2010 12:00 am

TEXHOMA, Okla. (AP) – The bodies of two people found in separate

places in the Oklahoma Panhandle town of Texhoma have been

identified as a woman and her daughter.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Monday the

bodies are those of 31-year-old Rose Warner and 5-year-old

Alexandria Warner, of Topeka, Kan.

OSBI spokeswoman Jessica Brown says Texhoma authorities found

Rose Warner dead near railroad tracks Saturday night after they

received a report of a train hitting something.

Brown says the child’s body was found in a hotel room off U.S.

54 that the woman had checked into earlier.

Brown says both bodies were sent to the state Medical Examiner’s

office in Oklahoma City for autopsies.
