Bee Jays Host Youth Clinic Saturday

The Liberal Bee Jays host a youth clinich Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to noon at Brent Gould Field on the campus of Seward County Community College/Area Technical School. The clinic is free. Kids will learn the fundamentals of baseball from BJ players and coaches. After the clinic, Epic PCS invites the kids for an autograph signing party at Epic PCS in the Coronado Plaza in north Liberal. There will be hot dogs and beverages for the kids. The BJ’s cap off the day with a 7 p.m. game Saturday night against the Derby Twins. Liberal Parks and Recreation teams are invited to attend the game and run the bases during the game.
