Bee Jays Drop Second Straight

The Liberal Bee Jays lost their second straight as they were defeated 3-1 Wednesday by the Hays Larks. The Bee Jays were outhit 9-8 and their only run came in the fifth off of a Chad Comer single rbi.

Matt Hauser got the loss despite striking out eight and allowing just one walk. He drops to 2-1 on the season.

The Bee Jays fall to 13-13 overall and 7-10 in the Jayhawk League. They will have Thursday off before hosting the Wichita Kings Friday at 7 p.m. Lambert Insurance will be the buyout sponsor.
