Bee Jays Add Two Pitchers

After losing Parker Markel to the Tampa Bay Rays organization, Christian Kowalchuk leaving Tuesday’s game with a sore arm and John Niggli and Brandon Ward Hersee leaving the team, the BJ’s had to act. Liberal added two pitchers to their roster. Seward’s Quay Grant, the right handed pitcher headed to New Mexico. The hard throwing right hander from Burkburnett, Texas was 2-1 with a 3.67 ERA and three saves as Seward’s closer this spring.

Louisiana Tech’s Jamey Bradshaw was 4-2 with a 5.77 ERA. The lefty from Choudrant, Louisiana had 64 strikeouts and 30 walks in his senior year.
