Area Foundation Sponsors Aviation STEM Camps

Registration it now open for 2020 Cosmo Camps held by the Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, KS this coming summer.  These multi-day resident camps are focused on STEM based educational experiences with a focus on aviation, aerospace and space activities.  The Cosmosphere is a nationally recognized non-profit organization in Hutchinson, Kansas, dedicated to enhancing patrons’ knowledge of aeronautics and space exploration.

 

A limited number of camp scholarships are available for southwest Kansas and the panhandle area students entering grades 9-12 for the ’20-’21 school year.  Camps available are listed on the cosmocamps.org portal or the cosmposphere.org web site.

The MAAM Foundation headquartered in Liberal is offering scholarships to qualifying students.
