All highways in SW Kansas are open

All highways are now open in southwest Kansas; some roads are still icy; motorists are encouraged to slow down and watch for changing road conditions.
Another round of winter weather is expected later this week. Motorists are encouraged to stay up to date with road conditions and prepare for the incoming weather.
