Accident In Grant County Claims A Life

A Lakin man died early Thursday morning from injuries he sustained in a one-vehicle rollover crash in Grant County.

Eric Orosco-Guardiola, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by the Grant County Coroner’s Office. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, emergency personnel responded to the crash at 2:49 a.m. Thursday. The site of the crash was just north of Grant County Road 5 on Kansas Highway 25. Responders observed that Orosco-Guardiola had been ejected from the 1998 Ford F150 pickup truck driven by Tiffani Rodriguez, 20, Lakin.
