According to a Personal Injury Collision Report, the accident occurred at 2 Sunday afternoon. That’s when a 1999 Ford, driven by William Hoskins, 91 of Texhoma, was west bound 19 miles north of Texhoma on Hwy. 64. The vehicle, according to the report, slowed to make a left turn when an unknown vehicle passed Hoskins, distracting him and causing his vehicle to turn into a 2007 Toyota truck driven by Jennifer Tuttle of Guymon.
