The Seward County Republican Party will meet on Thursday, January 8th, at 6:30 pm in the Seward County Commission Chambers. The Agenda will include:

OLD Business:
1. Discuss the District Convention process for improvement purposes
2. Discuss the Committee Precinct Openings
a. Determine a new approach towards filling the openings
a.i. District Leadership
3. Develop a web page (Who can take the lead on this and how is it maintained?)

New Business:
1. Determine which events the SCRP will participate in 2026. Each event will need a sponsor. Someone on the SCRP to take the lead of each event.
a. Ice Cream Social (Late Spring Focus on late spring timing in order to try to bring in the gubernatorial candidates, perhaps consider individual events).
b. 4th of July Parade (America 250!)
c. Home Show
d. Seward County PRCA Rodeo
e. Food Truck Saturday(s)
f. Billy’s Car Show
g. Dinner with candidates (Lincoln Day or Reagan Day)
h. Push registration events (Marketing and Advertising)
h.i. Senior Recognition
h.ii. High School
h.iii. College (TP Chapter or Young Republicans) Norma Dean Dodge

2. Fundraisers. Do we want to do any of these? SCRP lead?
a. Membership Cards, membership fee?
b. Tee Shirts
c. Yard Signs
c.i. Buy candidate yard signs and sell them. Can the Central Committee buy them legally. (Mary will run that down.)
d. Bumper Stickers/Magnets/Window clings
e. Membership Ball, (couples night out)
