The City of Liberal will host a groundbreaking celebration in coordination with French Construction for the new Doll housing addition on Thursday, January 8th beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the end of E. Hickory Street near Griffith Ave. (one block South of Larry Street).
The new housing development will bring 66 new single-family homes to the community.
