The Seward County Board of County Commissioners met Monday evening and held discussion on Wind Energy Representation. The Commission retained the services of Glenn Kerbs, Kerbs Law Office, LLC regarding wind energy representation.

The Board also proclaimed October 5-11, 2025, as National 4-H Week in Seward County, and appointed Lora Hershey to fill an expired term on the Council on Aging Board that expires on December 31, 2027.  The Commission approved the WIC Contract for 2026, and approved the Memorandum of Understanding between Seward County Health Department and Seward County Detention Center.
