The Liberal City Commission met on Tuesday evening at 5:30pm. After approving the Consent Agenda, the Commission opened the floor for a Public Hearing for the 2026 City Budget. After the Public Hearing, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2439 – Adoption of 2026 Budget, which exceeds the Revenue Neutral Rate.

Commissioners approved the bid to Seaton Construction Group, LLC from Wichita, KS in the amount of $1,505,500 for the City’s new Bus Facility.
