The City of Liberal will listen to presentations at the hearings for the already submitted non-profit applications. The hearings will take place at a special City Commission meeting which is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August the 12th, inside the City Commission Chambers at the Liberal Recreation Center, 950 S. Grant.
