In a press release from the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office, on June 12th, 2025, the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office, at the request for assistance from the Hooker Police Department, and assistance from the District 1 Attorney’s Task Force, and the Texas County Sheriff’s Office, recovered a deceased individual in an area Southwest of Forgan OK, in Beaver County.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation was requested to assist in the investigation, as well as the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office and the District 1 Attorney’s Office.
