A Turpin man who was not wearing a seatbelt was killed yesterday afternoon in a single-vehicle accident, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred late Sunday afternoon, shortly after 5, when Jason C. Keys, 46, of Turpin, Okla., was traveling eastbound on Hwy. 64 just one and a half miles east of Hooker.
