Sigala Signs with Washburn

Seward guard Robert Sigala signed with NCAA division 2 program Washburn Thursday morning in the All American Room at SCCC/ATS. The Southwestern Heights product joins legendary Washburn coach Bob Chipman in Topeka. Sigala will also join former SCCC coach Dave Brown who is an assistant at Washburn. Sigala averaged points a game for the 24-9 Saints this season. The point guard averaged three points per game his freshman year. Sigala averaged 17 points per game during his senior year at Southwestern Heights for Chad Novack. Sigala and Zollinger’s interviews will air Friday morning on Talkradio 1270 and kscbnews.net.
