Gov. Kelly Coming to Liberal

Governor Laura Kelly will be making her way to Liberal on Monday March 18th. Governor Kelly, at the invitation of Southwest medical Center, will be holding a press conference at 1:30 pm in the lobby of Southwest Medical Center. Topic of conversation that Governor Kelly will be presenting is Medicaid expansion.
