Ulysses Crash Sends Two to the Hospital

A two car crash involving unlicensed juveniles sent two people to the hospital Thursday in Ulysses.  The Ulysses police report the collision occurred at the intersection of Cheyenne St. and Oklahoma Avenue at about 3 pm. Thursday afternoon.  The 1965 Mercury passenger car was traveling north on Cheyenne operated by an unlicensed juvenile and occupied by two additional juveniles.  A Chevrolet pick up was headed west on Oklahoma.  The passenger car failed to yield and pulled onto Oklahoma and into the path of the pickup and was struck on the passenger side.  The front seat passenger of the passenger car required extrication.  Two individuals from the passenger car were transported to Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital.
