On November 6th and 7th, the Liberal Police Department responded to three separate Criminal Damage and Commercial Burglary calls. It was later discovered through interviews and investigations that these cases were connected and committed by juveniles.

Officers were dispatched on November 6th to a report of a lawn mower sitting in the roadway as well as damages to a tire and window. There was a witness to this incident.

Officers were dispatched on November 7th to Fellowship Baptist Churh for a report of Criminal Damage in an amount of up to $25,000. The LPD later received a tip from a citizen on this incident.

Officers were dispatched on November 8th to Squeaky Clean Car Wash for damages to a vending machine and stolen product. Surveillance video showed two subjects using a pry bar to get into the machine.

The LPD would like to give special attention to Detective Ramirez for his diligence and all-around great work on these cases.
