Kismet Woman Injured in Reno County Accident

A Kismet woman, Cheyan Woods, 23, was injured in an early moring accident in Reno County. The accident occurred at 7:12am,  on K61, 8 miles south of Arlington.

A 2018 Ford Taurus being driven by Charles Collins, 65, of Arlington, was southbound on Langdon Rd, while Woods 2014 Hyundai Veloster was heading northeast on K61. Collins failed to yield to the Woods vehicle, causing Woods to strike the Collins vehicle.

Both drivers were taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center with suspected serious injuries. Seatbelts were in use in both vehicles.
