State Senators Want "Rainy Day" Fund

Two state senators want Kansas to create a rainy day fund to help with future budget problems.

Topeka Democrat Laura Kelly and Leawood Republican John Vratil outlined a proposal Tuesday for amending the Kansas Constitution.
