Former Denver Bronco Karl Mecklenburg will speak in Satanta January 9. Billy’s in Liberal will cater a meal at 5 PM with the program at 6:30 PM in the Satanta High School Auditorium. Mecklenburg will be on hand early to sign his book Heart of a Stude
