Michael Dean “Mike” Beckett, ag 59, died Friday, April 24th, 2020 afer an eight month battle with cancer. He was born June 21, 1960 in Flagler, Colorado to Roy James Beckett and Glenna Mae Beckett.

Mike graduated from Turpin High School in 1978. He was a life long farmer and greatly enjoyed his work. His career brought him to Hugoton, Kansas, Hooker, Turpin and Balko, Oklahoma. Everywhere Mike went, he found friendships with the community. He attended Crossroads Bible Fellowship Church in Balko, Oklahoma.

He is survived by two sons, Roy James Beckett III and his significant other, Lauren Elizabeth Brazille, Michael Dean Beckett, Jr. and wife, Ashlee of Turpin, Oklahoma; one sister, Carole and Jerry Monks of Limon, Colorado; one grandchild, Owen Beckett and his beloved dogs, Cheesy and Freckles and a multitude of other beloved pets.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Roy James and Glenna Beckett, sister Linda Steele, Brothers Larry, Roy D. (Dink), Jim and Phillip Beckett.

Memorial Funeral Services for Michael Dean “Mike” Beckett will be Saturday, June 6th, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. in the Crossroads Bible Fellowship Church with James Epp officiating. Arrangements were made under the professional guidance of Alan Clark Funeral Services, Beaver, Oklahoma.
