Liberal City Commission Discusses Ordinances

Last evenings City Commission meeting started with the Call to Order, Roll Call, the Pledge of Allegiance and then the invocation.  The Agenda was approved along with the minutes from the last Commission meeting of August 27, 2019.

City ordinances 4529 and 4530 were approved with a vote of 5-0.

The water and sewer upgrades to Hancock Street met approval with the amount not to exceed $144,000 with funds coming from the water and sewer reserves.

Lastly, the city’s vouchers were approved unanimousley in the amount of  $2,219,431.66
