Ulysses Schools Need Proof of Immunizations by August 15

Attention: If you have recieved letters, txt messages, phone calls or e-mails concerning your childs immunizations, proof of reciept of these immunizations must be recieved by the school nurse before Thursday, August 15th at 4 pm or school attendence will be denied on August 19th.
