Construction Moves Forward at Clay and Highway 54

On Thursday June 7th, both lanes of traffic will be moved over to the south side of US 54 at the Clay intersection project so construction can begin on the north side of the highway. Speed limit through the project is posted at 25MPH. Clay Street will remain closed on both sides of the project throughout construction. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of July, weather permitting.
