Teachers Recognized at USD 480 Board Meeting

At the Monday, December 11th Board of Education meeting the Fargo Masonic Lodge recognized one teacher and student from each school for their contribution to our community and dedication to the Liberal school system. The six pillars upheld by the Kansas Masonic Lodges are fellowship, integrity, personal growth, leadership, philanthropy and community. This program was made possible by the generous support from local businesses National Carriers, T & B Towing, Conestoga Energy Partners, Havoc Supply, Groendyke Transportation, and Donald Barb Jr.

Staff and students were recognized with a certificate and a monetary prize. Those recognized are:

Sunflower – Alicia Birney and Ryleemala Hughbanks
Meadowlark – Rosi Estrada and Ronaldo Gomez
