Soroptimists Seek Fair Queen Contestants

The Liberal Soroptimist Club is looking for contestants to run for the 5 State Fair Queen. Contestants must be between the ages of 14 and 21.

Votes are gathered at a penny per vote. Contestants can raise money through numerous activities. All money raised goes towards scholarships and other local Soroptimist projects.

Contestants will win prizes and earn scholarships.

If you’re interested in running for Fair Queen, you can pick up an application at First National Bank, Byron Bird & Associates, KSCB and the Legend Studios or the Chamber of Commerce.

Deadline to return application is July 27th..
