Guymon Police Seek Help In Locating A Runaway

The Guymon Police Dept. is seeking the public’s’ assistance in locating a juvenile male runaway Sebatian Velasquez Zavala. He was last seen wearing a black & white jacket and blue jeans. Juvenile will be approx 5’3″ and approx 120 lbs slender build. Juvenile had made a statement that he was possibly enroute to the Houston, Tx area.
