Phase 2 of KS Ave and 15th Street to Begin

The City of Liberal will start Phase 2 of the Kansas Avenue & 15th Street Intersection Project on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.
The two northbound lanes will be closed on Kansas Ave from 14th Street to Medical Drive. Traffic will be two lanes in that area. Detour routes will remain the same.
