Paulina Pardo De Leyva

Paulina Pardo De Leyva, 68, died, Friday at Kansas Medical Center in Andover, KS.

She was born June 22, 1945 in Durango, Mexico the daughter of Ernesto and Julia (Zuniga) Pardo. She has been a resident of Liberal for the past 13 years. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church.

In 1974, she married Jesus Leyva in Mexico. He survives.

Other survivors include:

4 Sons Ventura Gonzalez and wife Juana of Acuna, Coah, Mexico;
Jose Luis Leyva and wife Maria of San Angelo, TX;
Juan Francisco Leyva and wife Dalia of Acuna, Coah, Mexico;
Jesus Leyva of Acuna, Coah, Mexico;

1 Daughter Julia Leyva of Liberal, KS;

3 Brothers Jose Pardo, Santos Pardo, Mario Pardo- All of Mexico;

1 Sister Magdalina Pardo of Mexico

10 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Visitation time will be 10 am to 5 pm Monday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
