Cody Stegman Celebrate His 25th Birthday At KSCB and The Legend

KSCB News - August 11, 2009 12:00 am

Cody Stegman, longtime faithful listener of KSCB, The Legend, and The Sports Guys, asked his parents for a special birthday present. He said all he wanted for his 25th birthday was to come to the Broadcast Square and spend some time with the staff of KSCB, The Legend, and The Sports Guys. Arrangements were made, and Cody and his father arrived at the station at around 10:00am Tuesday morning. He was greeted by office Manager Mikki Hofferber, and quickly entered into a lively conversation surrounding music. Cody was then given a tour of the station were he met Joe Denoyer of The Legend, Blake Ozz and Terry “Tunes” Miller of B107.5, Tracy Utz of The Sportsguys, and sales staff members Wayne Gray, and Michael Johnson. The radio stations surprised Cody with a home made cake and a gift bag full of presents. The Legend radio station also declared it Cody Stegman Day throughout Legend Country, and had listeners wish Cody a Happy Birthday over the air. Cody lives in Hooker Oklahoma, works at the Panhandle Area Workshop in Guymon, and is an avid listener of all three stations of Seward County Broadcasting. He cites Carrie Underwood, Michael Jackson, Kenny Chesney, and Chris Ledoux as his favorites. Cody has been blind most all of his life.
