Seward Routs Raleigh

KSCB News - December 4, 2010 12:00 am

The Seward County Saints moved to 7-2 on the season Friday night with a

lopsided 109-57 win over Raleigh’s Finest Prep out of Oklahoma City in

their opening game of the 2010 Conestoga Classic in the Greenhouse. The

Saints used a 20-3 run to start the game and finished with 58 first half

points to put away the game early. Six Saints finished in double

figures led by Irvin Hollinger’s 16 and 15 from Markee Mazyck. Raphael

Giaimo recorded a double-double in the win by going 6 for 6 from the

field and finishing with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Seward will be back

in action tomorrow night as they take on the 12-1 and 14th ranked team

in the country, the Odessa Wranglers. Tip off for that game will be at

8:00 in the Greenhouse. Free Tickets are still available from our

buyout sponsor Conestoga at their offices at 300 N. Lincoln or at either

Pizza Hut location in Liberal, Billy’s, or the Community Bank.
