Ulysses Woman Injured In Accident

A Ulysses woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Sunday evening in Grant County. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Oresta Albisa-Mora, 36, Ulysses, was traveling westbound in a 1999 Honda Civic on Kansas Highway 190 six miles west of Satanta when she failed to negotiate a curve, struck a KDOT sign, re-entered the roadway. The vehicle then rolled, ejecting Mora from the vehicle. Mora was taken to Satanta Hospital, but hospital officials would not provide information about her condition. According to the KHP, Mora was not wearing her seatbelt.
