Guymon City Council To Consider Repealling Paving Requirement

KSCB News - July 7, 2009 12:00 am

The Guymon City council will meet Thursday at 6:00pm in the council chambers with three options on the table regarding the new paving ordinance. The first option is to repeal it completely, have discussion and possible action which would be made effective July 9, 2009, or lastly to discuss and vote on other action, such as to enforce the current paving requirement but allow residents until Sept. 1, 2012 to comply.

A change is utility rates will also be discussed and voted on at this meeting, and discussion will also be held on a contract with ODOT for financial assistance for the city’s public transit system, The Ride.

As always these meetings are open to the public.
